Norman, Jr. has been practicing for forty years and his daughter Heather joined him in practice in 2006. Attorney MaryBeth Fleming also comes from a legacy in law, having practiced with her father as well. Combined, Wayne, MaryBeth and Heather have over 60 years of experience.
